Nice, this reminds me alot of something I did on the Hololens. You brought up a map, exactly like yours, then pointed at a point on the map and clicked to tell your robot on mars to move there (as opposed to you being teleported).
I like it.
Very neat idea! It felt almost Doctor Who-ish.
